Leave a message and we will call you back with an appointment time. You can then proceed onto the website booking page. If you are Dr Hirschfield's patient, select the service "Dr Hirschfield's patient" with his image.
Please bring your insurance card so we can make a copy. We will collect patient responsibility payment for the encounter. If we unable to determine eligibility and benefits at the time of service we kindly ask you to pay the usual office fee. We can credit your account once the insurance pays the claim minus any patient responsibility.
